Terms of Service
1. The service
easysail is a sailing-route planning tool. It combines weather, bathymetry and AIS data from third parties into route suggestions. We provide it on an as-is basis; nothing here is a contract of carriage or navigational service.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the account you sign in with and any personal Windy or other API keys you attach. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or harm others.
3. Not for navigation
easysail is a planning aid only. Bathymetry shown on the map (raster, isobaths, depth-at-click) is a previewderived from coarse global datasets and is not suitable for navigation. Use official charts (paper or electronic) for all real-world decisions.
4. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, easysail and its operators are not liable for losses arising from the use of, or reliance on, route plans, weather forecasts, depth previews, or any other data delivered through the service.
5. Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be announced in-app and on this page with a new date.
